Caroline is the VP, Consumer Insights for Paperless Post, a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company that allows users to create design-first online invitations. In July 2016, she was named one of Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35, an annual award which showcases Britain’s young female super-achievers. Prior to Paperless Post, Caroline spent 3 years with Stella & Dot, a global social-selling company that creates flexible entrepreneurial opportunities for women, leading their international expansion. After an MA in History at the University of Cambridge, she went on to study at Harvard University’s Kennedy School and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences. Her career began in strategy consulting with top-tier firm Bain & Company
