Kate is Head of Innovation Communities at Lloyds Banking Group, developing ecosystems to create the right environment for cultural change to happen. She works in the space where people, technology and organisation meet, and is passionate about digital disruption and innovation, individual and group psychology and organisational culture. Previously she led Digital Transformation at Cancer Research UK, focusing on skillset, behaviour, mindset, and culture change. Before that she worked at Allen & Overy, a global elite law firm, where she ran the innovation team, crowdsourcing ideas, experimenting and nudging cultural change, led the digital team and also set up a Working Out Loud programme. She works as a job-share duo, is a mum to teenagers, volunteers for a mental health charity, and is training in psychoanalysis and organisational dynamics.
