Eyal Jagermann is the chef and co-founder of The Barbary, London's best restaurant for 2017 by Time Out Magazine. The Covent Garden restaurant celebrates the flavours, colours and culture of modern Israeli cuisine. A Tel Aviv born chef and restauranteur, Eyal moved to London to study Culinary Management and Le Cordon Bleu. Prior to The Barbary Eyal worked at some of London's best restaurants like The Palomar.
