Wayne was one of the world's earliest adopters of programmatic as he traded campaigns in the earliest DSP's (Right Media & Invite Media) in 2010. Wayne has since created and scaled two agency trading desks, created a martech consultancy and led the overall programmatic efforts for Dentsu Aegis in the UK. Wayne has been responsible for over $250m+ of programmatic investment.
Wayne founded The Programmatic Advisory in the summer of 2016 to provide non-conflicted advice on how programmatic can overcome business challenges and exceed marketing goals. Wayne founded The Programmatic Advisory's Mentorship Program in November 2016 which offers 5 people a chance to gain a deep understanding of programmatic via monthly 1:1 mentoring, monthly group sessions with industry leaders as well as continuous knowledge sharing for a year.
Wayne is passionate about the marketing industry and regularly to publications and speaks openly at industry events. Wayne was nominated for ‘Digital Trading Leader Of The Year’ at The Drum Digital Trading Awards UK in 2016
