Holly Richardson (USA & Bahrain)
Holly Richardson is a veteran of the trials and tribulations of SMEs, working within various niche industries for the last 15 years.
Raised around the thriving startup community of the Denver-Boulder tech corridor in the US, she brings a "mountain lifestyle" to work, supporting an office culture rooted in health and wellness.
Passionate about innovation, she joined with Bahrain based Autarky Advisors and Rahim Holdings to craft the country's first Co-Lab, a homegrown co-working space, designing the back end operations necessary to support a risk-tolerant space for big ideas, inclusivity, and engagement.
She currently leads Project Development & Operations for both Co-Lab and two other start-up concepts based on active fitness and entertainment. Her energy is focused on business development, from idea conception to projection completion, and operations.
Holly holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and International Studies from the University of Denver, CO, USA, along with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Millikin University, IL, USA.
