Tim has over 20 years of experience in journalism and corporate communications in the UK, Australia and Asia. A former financial journalist at Bloomberg and the BBC, Tim has worked with leading banks, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, insurers, technology providers and fintechs across Australia and Asia. He has developed and implemented integrated communications campaigns targeting critical audiences across channels including earned, owned and paid media. He leads WATATAWA’s Financial Services and FinTech practice.

In addition to deep financial services sector expertise Tim has worked with companies in the TMT, resources, retail, utilities, agribusiness and FMCG sectors across capital markets communications, transactions, corporate positioning and crisis and issues. Prior to joining WATATAWATim worked with leading consultancies including Brunswick and Weber Shandwick and was APAC Managing Director at Cognito. He leads WATATAWA’s FinTech and Financial Services practice.
