Vincent G. Tobias
Vince heads corporate innovation at Ayala, the Philippines’ most enduring conglomerate with interests in real estate, telecommunications, financial services, water and energy utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, and education, among others. The listed companies represent 20% of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Vince also serves as a Board Director of the Global Innovation Management Institute, the world-wide standard professional certification body for innovation management.
He started his “growth consulting” career with Arthur Andersen’s Strategy Consulting practice in the Asia-Pacific region, and later, its global Revenue Enhancement Competency Center in Chicago. He later joined the Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), a top-tier strategy and innovation consulting firm founded by Harvard Business School Professor Michael E. Porter.
In industry, Vince served as Managing Director (Malaysia) of K2, a digital agency now part of media giant the Publicis Groupe; and Regional Manager (Asia) of Intermedia Games U.K., then the world’s biggest creator of interactive games.
