Uncovering the most promising startups for Oracle Cloud Accelerator


Oracle chose innovfest Unbound to launch its Startup Accelerator program, aimed at unearthing the world’s best startups and offering them mentorship, free co-working space, access to Oracle clients and investors, as well as free credits on the Oracle cloud platform.

The innovfest Unbound team were tasked with bringing on a longlist of startups to apply to the programme and present them in a high-profile battle on site at the festival. Oracle enhanced the PR scope of the launch by hosting a panel with success-story startups on the main stage at the festival.

In order to create a huge buzz in the industry over the launch, Unbound put together a networking reception featuring panels and keynotes for 150+ industry heavyweights from across the region, including startups, investors, corporates and government agencies.

Key Deliverables

  • Unbound identified a long list of cross-vertical startups to take part in a battle with a view to going into the Oracle accelerator
  • Unbound content team assisted Oracle judging panel with refining list down to a shortlist of 20
  • Unbound curated  a main stage panel session hosted by Oracle, with a live audience of 1,000 and streamed over Facebook Live and uploaded to YouTube
  • Unbound project-managed and marketed a launch party at Oracle offices for industry heavyweights

  • Promoted the Oracle narrative to a new audience of startups, corporates and government in Singapore, and successfully established the foundation for the accelerator program
